Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Cancellation requests may be accepted if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the customer may need to follow the applicable return procedure.

Returns

We accept eligible returns when the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the product description.

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

• Clear photographs of the reborn baby and packaging

Returns must be approved by Forever Tiny before the item is sent back.

Change of Mind Returns

We strongly encourage customers to review the product photographs, specifications, description, size, material, and other details before placing an order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your reborn baby arrives damaged or has a manufacturing or workmanship issue, please contact us promptly.

Please keep the original packaging until the matter has been resolved, as photographs of the packaging may be necessary to determine whether the damage occurred during shipping.

After reviewing the situation, Forever Tiny may offer an appropriate solution, which may include:

• Replacement of the item
• Repair where reasonably possible
• Partial refund
• Full refund, where applicable

The solution will depend on the nature and severity of the issue.

Incorrect Item

If you receive a reborn baby that is different from the one you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

After verification, we will work with you to arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include providing the correct item or another suitable remedy.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved because we sent an incorrect item or the product arrived damaged or defective, Forever Tiny will determine the appropriate return shipping arrangements.

For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

International customers may also be responsible for costs associated with returning an item internationally unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refunds
